Erasmus+ non EU KA107

What is it
These are training placements at universities outside the European Union and partner countries with which the University of Barcelona has established international cooperation projects within the framework of this programme. The Erasmus+ KA107 Programme was created with the aim of exporting the successful model of the Erasmus programme to universities all over the world, with a mobility programme funded by the European Union.
Destinations and application process
Universities outside the European Union and partner countries with which the University of Barcelona has established a collaboration project within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme. The entire application procedure is online; there is no need to submit paper documentation. The application closes at the end of the submission deadline. If the online application procedure has not been completed within the deadline, the application is considered as unsuccessful. If, on the other hand, the application has been formalised but the documentation is missing, a 10-day period is given to submit it from the moment of receipt of the e-mail request.
How it works
- Teaching or training
It must be undertaken at one of the universities outside the European Union or partner countries with which the Universitat de Barcelona has established a collaboration project within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme. These destinations may vary from one academic year to the next, depending on the duration of the projects and the new grants awarded. Once the call for applications is closed, the information on the available destinations can serve as a guide.
- Duration and funding
As established in the call .
- Mobility should be aimed at training
Mobility must necessarily involve the development of a training programme in the foreign institution. The training programme aims at exchanging good practices and experiences, thus improving the competences and skills required for the job. The Erasmus grant does not finance institutional or protocol visits or visits for work needs, but is aimed at improving the professional development of workers.
Financial support
The grant consists of an allowance for travel, subsistence and accommodation expenses, according to the amounts fixed by the Erasmus+ Programme, which vary depending on the final destination. You can find them in the following link:
