What do I need to do?

 This is a summary of the steps you need to follow in order to undertake a temporary stay at the UB.

1. Find out from your home university whether there is a student exchange agreement with the University of Barcelona: Erasmus+, Global UB Mobility, Global Faculty UB, specific programs with the EUA, Coimbra Group, etc.
2. If you do not have the opportunity to participate in an exchange programme, you can apply for a temporary stay on an individual basis.
3. Be selected or authorized by your university to participate in the corresponding exchange programme for a temporary stay at the UB.
4. Fill in and send the online application form to the UB.
5. Send your online application form, signed and stamped by a member of staff at your university, together with the corresponding documentation, to the Head of International Mobility at the UB faculty or school where you wish to study.
6. Once you have been accepted, you will need to arrange your accommodation in Barcelona and take out medical, accident and repatriation insurance to cover your entire stay.
7. Once you have arrived in Barcelona, go to the UB centre where you will be studying to formalize your arrival at the UB.
8. You must register for your courses at the secretary's office of your UB faculty or school.
