Deadlines and calendar
Some centers may establish dates different from the official calendar for the submission of applications by non-EU students, so that they have enough time to process the entry visa.
The online acceptance application form will be available starting March 1, 2024 for the 2024-2025 academic year.
FIRST SEMESTER OR ACADEMIC YEAR STAYS:
Your home universities must nominate you at the destination faculty/affiliated center until:
- May 15, 2024 in the case of the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Psychology and CETT (EU Tourism).
- June 1, 2024 for the rest of the centers.
You must send all the required documentation to the destination faculty/affiliated center before:
- May 31, 2024 for the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Psychology and CETT (EU Tourism).
- June 15, 2024 for the rest of the centers.
Non-EU students are recommended to submit the application sufficiently in advance to process, at origin, the entry visa with the Spanish consular authorities.
The framework calendar for the first semester is:
Academics: from September 16, 2024 to January 31, 2025.
Evaluation: from January 8 to 31, 2025.
Christmas holidays: from December 23, 2024 to January 7, 2025.
SECOND SEMESTER STAYS:
Your home universities must nominate you at the destination faculty/affiliated center before:
- October 15, 2024 for the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Psychology and CETT (EU de Tourisme).
- November 1, 2024 for the rest of the centers.
You must send all the required documentation to the destination faculty/affiliated center before:
- October 31, 2024 for the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Psychology and CETT (EU Tourism).
- November 15, 2024 for the rest of the centers.

The framework calendar for the first semester is:
Academics: start between February 3 and 10 and until June 27, 2025 (the start day will depend on each center).
Evaluation: from June 2 to 27, 2025.
Easter holidays: April 14 to 21, 2025.
